Meet Attorney Lena Kamal

Attorney Lena Kamal, Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Noah's Law PLLC, a boutique immigration law firm serving corporations, investors, professionals, and families across the United States and abroad. She also serves Of Counsel to multiple law firms in the New Jersey region, where she provides specialized support in complex immigration matters. She brings more than a decade of legal experience to her practice, with a reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven immigration counsel rooted in integrity and advocacy.

Lena advises startups, established enterprises, and individual clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including employment-based visa strategies (EB-1, NIW, E-2, L-1, H-1B, TN), investor pathways, family-based petitions, consular processing, and removal defense. She is recognized for blending technical immigration expertise with practical business insight, helping organizations recruit, retain, and mobilize global talent while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Beyond her practice, Lena is deeply engaged in community leadership and public education.
